Meet VSO education expert – Nitin Singh

In rural Nepal, education for girls isn’t a priority. Girls living with disabilities like Rabina – who also has cerebral palsy – have all the odds stacked against them. They are isolated, locked out of education and discriminated against.

But VSO expert Nitin Singh worked with Rabina to get her into school for the first time ever. Rabina was provided with a wheelchair, bridge classes, school supplies, and a big sister mentor. Now she’s in mainstream school and building an independent future for herself.
